요청한 작업을 수행하는 중 오류 발생:
Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

상태: 실패 -테스트 실패: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

ORA-12505 오류는 DriverManager Object를 이용하여 오라클과 연결할 때
SID를 못 찾거나 인식되지 않을때 발생한다.

주요 원인
1. 컴퓨터 이름을 바꿨을때....
2. 유동IP 일경우
